Prosig is pleased to announce that it has become part of Condition Monitoring Group (CMG) Limited.

Prosig Limited will retain its operation in Fareham, Hampshire and will continue to operate with its own distinct brand identity, under the leadership of Jim Marshall. The Company’s founder, Dr. Colin Mercer, is also being retained to support the business. This acquisition expands still further CMG’s extensive expertise within the field of Condition Monitoring, broadening its overall range of product / service offerings focused on Preventative Maintenance Systems that enable effective and intelligent management of machinery maintenance and safety.

Jim Marshall, General Manager for Prosig, said, “We are excited to be joining the CMG group of companies“.

The addition of Prosig complements the activities of CMG in many ways and, together with the numerous product and technology synergies, will also provide significant additional opportunities within key application areas that will meet many of CMG’s objectives in terms of future product diversification.
